Both the camera and wifi cable come from the screen and can be replaced by removing the bezel around the screen (for MacBook up tp 2017 only). Wifi and camera issues can also be caused by a problem with the logic board. Newer MacBooks will require a new screen or logic board repair unless it is the wifi module that is faulty which can be replaced.
