iMac screens on models 2012 onwards are adhered to the shell with a special adhesive tape. This makes the insulation of the new Hard drive tricky so be sure to tell us if you need any other repairs while we're at it.
Data Recovery & Transfer

We know that data is very important, whether it's personal stuff like photos or documents, work related or study information. We do everything possible to keep your data safe during an installation. When SSDs fail to load we offer data recovery with the option of transferring the data to a new SSD (if the old SSD is faulty), another device or to the old SSD after it has been repaired. This is has separate / additional price to a straight SSD installation and Data Transfer.
MacOS Installation

MacOS is free, however, like any other operating system it takes time to install. Choosing the best MacOS for your model is very important as some systems cause Macs to have issues that you may nor be aware of. With every new SSD we install or an SSD that shows an error message when booting we will install the MacOS we deem most suitable for that model unless you have a specific request.
